What age group should my athlete sign up for?
- Refer to the Birth Matrix to help determine what age group your athlete should play in
- This follows the school year and not the calendar year to help keep friends/classmates together
- The "U" stands for "under" (ie. U10 is primarily 8 and 9 year olds)
- An athlete can play up with an older age group, but cannot play down with a younger age group
